3. Appointments & Consultations

All bookings made through our website or via Calendly are non-binding until formally agreed upon in writing. Any deliverables, timelines, or guarantees are discussed and confirmed in follow-up correspondence.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information
Make timely payments (where applicable)
Use our systems and deliverables ethically and legally
Not misuse automations to spam or mislead consumers

5. SMS & Email Notifications

By becoming a CloseFlow client, you consent to receive:

Internal notifications via SMS/email regarding leads or workflow updates
Onboarding and service-related communication

We do not send marketing SMS messages to public website visitors. SMS is strictly for active clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

CloseFlow is not liable for:

Any losses arising from misuse or misinterpretation of our tools
Technical issues outside our control (e.g., platform outages)
Third-party service failures (e.g., Twilio, Calendly, etc.)

All services are provided "as is" with no guarantees unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has begun unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative work (graphics, automation logic, web copy) developed by CloseFlow remains our intellectual property unless a custom transfer is specified. Clients receive a license to use deliverables as long as their account is active.

9. Updates to Terms
