What Counts as an Appointment:
An “appointment” is defined as a lead who either:
• Books a time through our system, or
• Responds via phone/SMS and confirms a request for a free estimate.
Appointments must be within your stated service area.

Client Responsibilities:
To remain eligible for this guarantee, the client must:
• Respond to leads within 1 business day
• Answer incoming calls/messages from leads
• Notify us of any no-shows or unqualified leads within 48 hours
• Approve all ad creative and setup within 3 days of onboarding
• Maintain an active HVAC license
• Have a working business phone number and voicemail
• Service a 30-mile radius from business location

Ad Spend Requirement:
Client agrees to a minimum ad spend of $750/month, paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
The 30-day campaign window begins once ads are approved and launched.

Failure to Reach 10 Appointments:
If fewer than 10 qualified appointments are delivered within the 30-day campaign AND the client fulfilled all requirements listed above, the service fee will be waived.
We reserve the right to extend the campaign by 7 days at no additional cost if 8–9 appointments are booked.

What Does Not Count Toward the Guarantee:
• Potential customers who express interest but are not contacted promptly are not counted toward the appointment guarantee.
• Leads outside of the defined service radius
• Leads disqualified without report or documentation within 48 hours
• Delays caused by the client in launching or approving campaigns

We do not sell leads. All messaging services are used solely to notify our own clients of inbound interest they directly receive.
